A 15 year old Livingston youth was thrown from this 4 wheeler off Powell Road.
15 Year Old Injured in 4 Wheeler Accident, LIVINGSTON, April 1, 2014 - At approximately 6:25 pm on April 1, 2014 a 15 year old Livingston minor was riding a red Honda 4 Trak 4 wheeler on Powell Road (near Horace Bonds Road off FM-350 North).  According to the youngster, he swerved to avoid a dog, lost control and rolled the off road vehicle.  Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Deputies from the Polk County Sheriff's Office including Sergeant Lee Rogers, and Deputies Rey Davalos and Terry Valka.  Additionally Troopers Barett Duren and Chris Cain were dispatched to investigate the accident.  The minor was loaded onto an ambulance and transported to Livingston Memorial Hospital with injuries.  His 4 wheeler was recovered by a relative with a pickup.  The youth is facing a citation for driving a 4 wheeler on a county road.
