Syble McClain lies on the ground and is tended to before an ambulance arrived.
Livingston Woman Hospitalized in Major Accident, LIVINGSTON, March 31, 2010 - Shortly before 6 pm on March 30, 2010 Syble McClain,  59, of Livingston was north-bound on US-146 near the Escapees RV Park when a south-bound 1999 Oldsmobile Cutlass driven by Richard Druggman, 57, of Livingston entered her lane of travel and slammed into her County Van with a glancing blow.  The collision caused McClain's vehicle to leave the road to the right and roll while Druggman's car remained on 146.  Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Deputy Lee Rogers and DPS Troopers Chris Stanbery, Darwon Evans and Sergeant Nita Bowen.  McClain was treated at the scene and transported to Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries.  Druggman is suspected of DWI as there was a smell of alcohol coming from him and pending toxicology reports may be charged with driving while intoxicated.  Both parties had insurance.  A rollback wrecker from Ken's Towing recovered both vehicles and they'll be stored a Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.  The scene was cleared by 7:15 pm.
Syble McClain's van rolled after being hit by a 1999 Oldsmobile Cutlass. McClain is a county employee and was driving a county vehicle for the Department of Aging Services.
Richard Druggman's vehicle came to rest on the road.
Richard Druggman is facing charges of driving while intoxicated.
