Lieutenant Mark Jones with the Polk County Sheriff's Office escorts 21 year old Donovan Williams to a patrol car. Williams was charged with DWI.
Driver Crashes Vehicle, Arrested for DWI, CAMP RUBY, March 29, 2014 - At approximately 8:30 pm on March 29, 2014, a black 2005 Hyundai sedan driven by Donovan Williams, 21, of Livingston, crashed his vehicle off of FM-1276 (about 3 miles south of 190 West).  Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Lieutenant Mark Jones with the Polk County Sheriff's Office, the Alabama Coushatta Fire Department and Troopers Chad Seamans and Kevin Burman (both with the Texas Highway Patrol).  Williams was physically okay.  Traffic on 1276 was partially blocked during investigation and cleanup.  According to investigating officer, Trooper Seamans, Donovan Williams was charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no insurance.  A rollback wrecker from Ken's Towing recovered Williams' vehicle and it will be stored at Pollock's Body Shop in Livingston.
