Trucks Collide Near McDonald's, LIVINGSTON, March 28, 2009 - Shortly after 10 am on March 28, 2009, a brown 2002 Ford F-150 driven by Carey Judson, 51, of Florida was east-bound on 190 West near McDonald's when a white 1996 Dodge Ram pickup driven by Rayford Robinson, 50, of Splendora pulled out of the McDonald's parking lot directly in front of Judson. Judson's truck slammed into Robinson's driver's side front end. Both vehicles sustained heavy damage and are probably totaled. Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Livingston Police Officers Kevin Blackburn, Rob Atkins, and Sergeant Lewis Milner. Both victims were checked at the scene by Americare Ambluance EMS personnel. Fortunately, nobody was hospitalized. Both parties had insurance. Robinson was issued a citation for failure to yield right-of-way. Both vehicles were towed by a rollback wrecker from Harrison's Body Shop where they'll be stored in Livingston. The scene was cleared by 11 am.
