Livingston Woman Emerges Unscathed From Rollover Accident in Goodrich, GOODRICH, March 24, 2008 - Just before 7:30 am on March 24, 2008, a late model Gray Honda Accord driven by Christy Lynn Ellisor, 28, of Livingston was involved in a accident rollover on 1988 in Goodrich. According to DPS Trooper Darwon Evans, Ellisor was driving north on 1988 and cut her wheels quickly in order to avoid hitting a dog in the road. Ellisor lost control of her vehicle and went off the road to the right side striking a culvert. The collision with the culvert sent Ellisor over a driveway and rolling over into the next ditch on the next culvert. An ambulance from Americare Ambulance service was dispatched to the scene but it was determined that Ellisor was physically in good condition. There were two DPS troopers at the scene (Evans and Nita Bowen). Ellisor told PolkCountyToday.com that she had her seatbelt fastened and that when her vehicle came to a rest upside down when she unbuckled her seatbelt, she "hit the ground". Ellisor had insurance and a citation was not issued. A rollback wrecker from Ken's Towing arrived to flip Ellisor's vehicle upright and pull her vehicle from the ditch.
