As Aday was about to pass Satisfied Drive, a white 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup, driven by Devin Wayne Wright, 30, of Shepherd, attempted to cross over from the north-bound lanes onto Satisfied Drive, but failed to yield to Aday.
