Second Motorcycle Crash, Driver Flown in Critical Condition, BOLD SPRINGS, March 4, 2023 - At approximately 5:30 pm on March 4, 2023, a red three wheel Harley Davidson motorcycle was north-bound on FM-350 North. The driver of the motorcycle left the pavement to the right, over corrected left crossed 350 to the other side and crashed. The driver, Ronald Wayne Yates, 72, of Moscow, was ejected from his motorcycle as the motorcycle came to rest on its side in the grass. Yates was not wearing a helmet. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Corporal Adrian Ontiveros with the Polk County Sheriff's Office, and Trooper Cotye Lowrie with the Texas Highway Patrol. Yates sustained major injuries and was transported by ambulance to a helicopter pad in Livingston and was flown to Conroe Regional Hospital in critical condition. All traffic on 350 North was blocked during investigation and cleanup. Yates' motorcycle was recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston. This accident remains under investigation by the Texas Highway Patrol.

Yates was transported to a helipad and flown to Conroe Regional Hospital.
Yates' motorcycle was recovered by Ken's Towing.
