Accident In Walmart Parking Lot Hospitalizes 2, LIVINGSTON, February 27, 2014 - At approximately 12:32 pm on February 27, 2014, a white Chevy 1500 driven by Diana Lynn Reed, 54, of Livingston, was west-bound on US-190 West and pulled into the entrance of Walmart (by Taco Bell). Reed then attempted a right turn into the adjoining parking lot of Taco Bell. When she turned right, she was slammed by a white Dodge Ram 1500 driven by William Lawrence Myers, 26, of Livingston. According to witnesses, Myers was driving at a high rate of speed and pulled into the Walmart parking lot behind Reed. When Reed attempted her turn into the adjoining Taco Bell parking lot, Myers tried to pass her on the right and slammed into Reed's vehicle. Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Officer Kaleb Barker and Sergeant Lewis Milner (both with Livingston Police Department). Diana Reed and William Myers were both transported by ambulance to Livingston Memorial Hospitalwith undisclosed injuries. Myers stated to police that he was cutting through the parking lot of Walmart to go to Livingston Memorial Hospital. Myers if facing citations for failure to control speed, cutting through a parking lot, and incorrect address on his driver's license. Reed's vehicle was recovered by Ken's Towing while Myers' vehicle was recovered by Williams Wrecker Service. Both vehicles will be stored at Bounds Autoplex in Livingston.

Myers' vehicle was recovered by Ken's Towing.
