29 year old Christopher Ian Smalley, of Corrigan was driving this 2004 Ford F-150 on FM-350 North when he rolled it at least 4 times and was ejected.
Driver Ejected from Rollover, Alcohol Suspected, LIVINGSTON, February 9, 2020 - At approximately 11:20 pm on February 8, 2020,  a black 2004 Ford F-150, driven by Christopher Ian Smalley, 29, of Corrigan, was south-bound on FM-350 North when his pickup left the pavement to the right.  Smalley cut back left onto the pavement, then left the pavement again to the right.  His pickup began to slide sideways in the grass and re-entered the pavement and rolled at least 4 times ejecting Smalley in the process.  Smalley landed on the pavement as his truck came to rest upright in the grass on the left side of the pavement.  Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Troopers John Allen and Kevin Burman with the Texas Highway Patrol.  Smalley was transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital where a medical helicopter transported him to Hermann Hospital in Houston.  Alcohol is suspected in this accident as Smalley showed signs of intoxication.  Smalley's vehicle was recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.

Smalley's vehicle came to rest on the east side of FM-350 South.
Troopers John Allen and Kevin Burman assist EMS personnel with Smalley in the middle of FM-350 North (about 4 miles north of 190 West).
Smalley was eventually flown to Houston.
