58 year old Alexander Sanmiguel, III, of Livingston, was driving this 2011 Toyota Tundra east-bound on FM-2665 when he crashed into the woodline about 2 miles from US-146.

Driver Crashes Into Woodline, Flown Out, SCHWAB CITY, January 25, 2023 - At approximately 2:45 pm on January 23, 2022, a black 2011 Toyota Tundra, driven by Alexander Sanmiguel, III, 58, of Livingston, was east-bound on FM-2665 (about 2 miles from US-146). For some reason, Sanmiguel left the pavement to the left, then overcorrected right, left the pavement to the right and slammed into the edge of the woodline. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Goodrich Volunteer Fire Department and Troopers Cotye Lowrie and Corporal Ramey Bass with the Texas Highway Patrol. Initially, Sanmiguel was reportedly unresponsive. Firemen were able to get into his pickup and help him out. Sanmniguel was transported to a landing zone and flown to Conroe Regional Hospital with undisclosed injuries. Sanmiguel says that he doesn't remember anything. Traffic was not blocked during investgation and cleanup. Sanmiguel's vehicle was recovered by Dan's Towing and was assisted by Ken's Towing. No citations were issued.
