This DHL delivery van rolled and came to rest upright about a half mile north of Livingston on US-59.
Courier Truck Rolls, Driver Hospitalized, LIVINGSTON, January 24, 2012 - At approximately 12:30 pm on January 24, 2012 a DHL delivery van driven by Cynthia Ann Bradford, 49, of New Caney, was north-bound on US-59 (about 1/2 mile north of the Livingston city limits). Bradford lost control of her van and left the road to the left into the grassy media and rolled her van. The van came to rest upright with the passenger's side of the windshield caved in. Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Corporal Sam Lattner with the Texas Highway Patrol. Bradford was treated at the scene and transported to Livingston Memorial Hospital by ambulance with undisclosed injuries. Traffic was not blocked during investigation and cleanup. A possible cause for the rollover may have been a rear tire that was slick (in conjunction with the wet slick roads). According to Corporal Lattner, Bradford was cited for unsafe speed. A rollback wrecker from Ken's Towing recovered Bradford's vehicle and it will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston. The scene was cleared by 1:05 pm.
49 year old Cynthia Ann Bradford of New Caney was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
This slick passenger's side rear tire may have been a contributing factor.
