2 Vehicle Accident Hospitalizes Both Drivers, LIVINGSTON, January 23, 2016 - At approximately 8 am on January 23, 2016, a green 1998 Honda Accord, driven by Deborah Soto, 55, of Livingston, was west-bound on East Church Street (190).  Soto attempted a left turn onto South Houston (146) and failed to yield to an east-bound black 2013 Nissan Rogue, driven by Ricky Patterson, 59, of League City.  The vehicles collided.  Soto's vehicle came to rest in the intersection while Patterson's vehicle came to rest on South Houston.  Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Officers Brandon Brewer and Kaleb Barker with the Livingston Police Department.  Both Soto and Patterson were transported by Ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries.  Traffic at the intersection of Houston and Church was partially blocked during investigation and cleanup.  Soto could be facing a citation for failure to yield right-of-way.  A rollback wrecker from Ken's Towing recovered both vehicles and they'll be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.

55 year old Deobrah Soto's 1998 Honda Accord was totaled.
59 year old Ricky Patterson's 2013 Nissan Rogue is probably totaled as well.
Both vehicles were recovered by Ken's Towing (Houdini pictured).
