Passenger Passes Away From Corrigan Accident, CONROE, January 22, 2023 - The passenger that was in the car in the Corrigan fatal accident that occurred on January 20, 2023, has passed away. 19 year old Graylan Paul Spring passed away. Spring's mother posted on social media on Sunday that her son had passed away. Spring was the passenger in a 2007 Nissan Versa on January 20, 2023 when they slammed into the trailer portion of an 18 wheeler on US-59. The car plunged under the 18 wheeler's underside. The driver, 18 year old Micah Alan Mcafoose, of Cypress was killed on impact. Spring was flown from the scene to Conroe Regional Hospital where he sadly succumbed to his injuries. Both young men were students at Stephen F. Austin State University.
