3 Vehicle Accident, 4 Citations, Several Hospitalized, LIVINGSTON, January 12, 2011 - At approximately 4:25 pm on January 11, 2011, a brown 1994 Ford F-150 driven by John Watkins, 60, of Livingston, was south-bound on US-146, when a west-bound white 1994 Chevy truck driven by Tammy Allsbrooks, 39, of Livingston, pulled directly in front of Watkins as she attempted to cross over 146 on Abbey.  The trucks collided.  Watkins' vehicle came to rest in the right lane of 146 while Allsbrooks' vehicle turned over on its side and struck a 1998 blue Ford Explorer driven by Ralph Clever, Jr., 28, of Livingston.  Clever was waiting at a stop sign on the other side of 146 on Abbey Street when his vehicle was struck.  Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department and Officers Chad Ward and Kevin Ward (both with the Livingston Police Department).  Several people received minor injuries in the accident and transported to Livingston Memorial Hospital by ambulance.  According to Officer Chad Ward, Tammy Allsbrooks was issued citations for failure to yield right-of-way from a stop sign, passengers not wearing seatbelts, and no insurance.  Ralph Clever was issued a citation for no insurance.  Both vehicles were recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.  The scene was cleared before 6 pm.
