Driver Slams Into Small Pickup in 3 Vehicle Accident, LIVINGSTON, January 10, 2020 - At approximately 7:05 am on January 10, 2020, a blue Ford Fusion, driven by Justin Trimble, 29, of Lufkin, was west-bound on US-190 West when he slammed into the back of a black Ford Ranger, driven by a local 16 year old.  The impact knocked the Ford Ranger into the back of a full sized gray Dodge pickup driven by 18 year old Mason Wright.  All three vehicle came to rest on the pavement.  Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Sergeant Darrell Newman and Officer Adam Williford with the Livingston Police Department.  One person was transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.  Traffic on the west-bound side of 190 was blocked during investigation and cleanup. Trimble was cited for failure to control speed.  The Ford Fusion and the Dodge Pickup were both recovered by Ken's Towing and were stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.  The Ford Ranger was recovered by LakeView Wrecker and will be stored in Livingston.
