31 year old Michael Glen Marsh, of Livingston, struggles with a field sobriety test (Trooper Nick Hatton watches).
Driver Strikes Another Vehicle, Arrested for DWI, SODA, January 7, 2017 - Shortly before 10 pm on January 6, 2017, a white 2003 Chevy Tahoe, driven by Anna Marie Salas, 43, of Cleveland, was west-bound on US-190 East (near Tom Cummins Road).   Salas was slammed from behind by a red 2006 GMC Sierra driven by Michael Glen Marsh, 31, of Livingston.  Both vehicles pulled over to the shoulder on the west-bound side of 190.  Fortunately nobody was hurt.  Trooper Nick Hatton was dispatched to investigate.  Trooper Hatton became suspicious and administered a field sobriety test on Marsh.  Marsh struggled to follow basic instructions from Hatton and was placed under arrest and charged with driving while intoxicated.  Marsh was also cited for failure to control speed for striking Salas' vehicle.  A rollback wrecker from Ken's Towing recovered Marsh's vehicle and it will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.  Salas' vehicle was driven from the scene.
