Funeral services for Lou Ann Franklin, 64, of Livingston will be held Saturday, September 5, 2026, at 11:00 A. M., at the Church of God in Christ in Livingston, Texas. Viewing 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

Evangelist Lou Ann Franklin was born in Corrigan, Texas on April 1, 1962. After a courageous fight with illness Lou passed away on August 25, 2026.

Lou made a mark with every step she took, and she was someone that will always be remembered and missed by all of us and many others. And now that she is no longer with us her spirit and legacy will continue to shine through the people’s lives that she touched on her journey.

Brother- Green Earl Hall, Sons/Daughter in- law- Tyler Franklin (Royalty), and Kyler Franklin, Grandchildren – Zahmir Franklin, Zaria Franklin, Zoella Franklin and Kylen Franklin, Goddaughter- Zoe Washington-Tolbert (Rodney), Nieces- Lydia Cavanaugh- Moore (Scott), Cynthia Jolly-Johnson (Vincent), Sherry Hall, Regina Taylor, Marquitra Alexander, Ruthie Holman, Charlesetta Holman Nephews- Roosevelt Jolly III, Lync Cavanaugh (Bethany), James Hall (Jessica), Terrick Bussey (Regina), Wilie Holman (Angela), Special Cousin/ Sister- Fanessa Jolly and a host of relatives and friends.
