Corporal Terri Mayer stopped this truck that was on 190 West in Livingston. Mayer observed the truck swerving all over the road.
Driver Arrested for DWI on 190 West, LIVINGSTON, July 21, 2012 - At approximately 2:30 am on July 21, 2012, the report of a black Chevy Truck driving recklessly on US-190 West came in to the Polk County Sheriff's Office.  Corporal Terri Mayer was in the vicinity of 190 West and spotted the black Chevy truck driven by Donald Christopher Donham, 25, of Livingston.  Initially, Donham didn't want to stop when Corporal Mayer tried to pull him over.  Mayer did manage to get him to stop, east-bound on 190 West across the road from Tractor Supply.  Mayer was quickly joined by Livingston Police Department (Sergeant Darrell Newman and Officer Dallas Early) and other Deputies from the Sheriff's Office (Deputy Monty Lee and David Ramsey).  Corporal Mayer suspected that Donham was intoxicated. Officer Clifton Robinson with Onalaska PD was nearby and showed up to conduct a field sobriety test on Donham.  After Donham struggled with the test, he was placed under arrest by Robinson for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.  A rollback wrecker from Ken's Towing recovered Donham's vehicle and it will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.
